Owner
Elnore Andrews is an experienced Operations & Projects Director in the home hardscaping and outdoor living industry. She takes provide in providing the best customer service and final product installation possible. Her goals include building an internal program to train young workers and bring other minorities into the industry. In her former position, Elnore was part of an award winning team that built an amazing business that grew by 600% in the first two years. She is committed to build that same growth along with a team of bright, positive people working with her. Elnore holds a degree in Accounting & IT, is currently enrolled in the PMP Program, and working on accreditation with the Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada.
Field Crew Supervisor
Quentin Deisman is an experienced Field Crew Supervisor and has been working in the field for over 10 years. Driven by personal achievement, Quentin takes pride in building and motivating a happy and productive team. Quentin holds a BA in Geography and Anthropology along with a Diploma in Physical Education. He is also working on his PMP, while volunteering as a hockey coach and playing some recreational hockey.
